For venues who provide individual visitor accommodation, this tool allows your guests to view rates and availability, book and pay for their reservation online. Administrator functions allow you to view your activity levels, progress of reservations and meaningful statistics

Take payments online by using one of our integrated payment providers such asTouchNet or Beanstream or interface with your existing payment provider to collect online payments.

KxCalendar

View events, search for availability and make inquiries

Upcoming events are displayed in a day, week or month format. Search by date, event type or location. Check room availabilities and submit an online event inquiry or request, reducing the number of requests for spaces already booked while maximizing usage!

KxRegistration

Provide online registration services to your clients

Create a new revenue stream and improved service options to your clients by offering registration services that integrate into KxResidential. Create event-specific websites tailored to client needs. This feature is currently under development.

Classroom Interface

Share room scheduling between Kx and your academic scheduling system

Maximize scheduling efficiency and accuracy by using this interface to share room booking information with your classroom scheduling system. The interface can be one-way from one system to another or two-way to capture data from both systems.  Academic schedulers can keep the tool designed for them while you reap the benefits of using a software system designed for you.

Financial Interface

Export Kx revenues to your financial system

This interface manages the passing of information about financial transactions from Kx to your ledger system for accounting purposes. Information can be passed automatically or manually and allows you to track exported charges or rewrite export reports.

Key Card Interface

Initiate key cards for your door locks

As you check in your residential guests, the interface will activate the key card based on the room number that has been assigned to them.

EPoS Interface

Dynamically transfer purchases to the guest's account

Whatever your electronic point of sale system is, charges can be transferred via the standard interface into Kx and added to the guest's bill for payment on departure. This interface will reduce errors and improve customer service.
