Cleaning & Managing Duplicate Clients
In this workshop will cover managing duplicate entries for contacts and companies within KxMarketing. We will address how to identify duplicates, merge similar records, and split records or addresses as well as pointers on how to prevent duplicates from occurring on a regular basis.
The Kinetic Team recommends you manage and review your database records on a regular basis, but at the very minimum, perform an annual clean-up to remove erroneous information from the system. In this workshop will cover managing duplicate entries for contacts and companies within KxMarketing.
