Residential Guest Preparations - PART IV
Join us for one of all parts of this four-part online seminar. Each part is two hours in length. Are you feeling a bit out of sorts with the onslaught of the busy summer season upon you? Could your professional team or your student assistants use some brushing up on Kx, but committing the time to coordinate and conduct training seems daunting? Let us help! For the first time ever, we’re offering a multi-part workshop that will begin with some basics and build from there – all with the goal of getting your key personnel up-to-speed just in time for peak season to let loose!
PART FOUR - REPORTING AND OCCUPANCY MANAGEMENT
Our final session will assist in preparing staff and the Kx database for starting the cyclical residential management process all over again – and avoiding potential conflicts. We will cover adjusting bedroom statuses, verifying bedroom reservations and allocations, reviewing recent check-outs , generating room cleaning reports and some additional helpful hints.
