Residential Guest Preparations - PART III
Join us for one of all parts of this four-part online seminar. Each part is two hours in length. Are you feeling a bit out of sorts with the onslaught of the busy summer season upon you? PART THREE - FRONT OF HOUSE OPERATIONS (daily)
The third session in the series proceeds to walking users through Kx functions related to residential processes that are recurring (sometimes daily) during the height of the busy season. Checking guests in and out, putting bedrooms out of service for maintenance, managing no shows and applicable reporting will be dealt with.
