Residential Guest Preparations - PART II
Join us for one of all parts of this four-part online seminar. Each part is two hours in length. Are you feeling a bit out of sorts with the onslaught of the busy summer season upon you? Could your professional team or your student assistants use some brushing up on Kx, but committing the time to coordinate and conduct training seems daunting? Let us help! For the first time ever, we’re offering a multi-part workshop that will begin with some basics and build from there – all with the goal of getting your key personnel up-to-speed just in time for peak season to let loose!
PART TWO - FRONT OF HOUSE OPERATIONS (pre-event)
Session two will take users to the next step of managing daily ‘front-of-the-house’ functions in the database. Immediately preceding a guests’ arrival, staff will want to have a thorough understanding of bedroom diary basics, room moves, locating guest records, releasing extraneous bedroom allocations. An overview of useful pre-event and pre-arrival reports will also be provided.
