Back Office Operations and Reporting
Are you still using an excel spreadsheet for long-range residence usage planning? Is your staff frequently fielding questions about who has left campus or which rooms are currently in use?
Utilizing Kx reporting to keep key ‘back office’ staff apprised of proposed residence usage, occupancy updates and changes can considerably streamline communication between staff members in the midst of high season, when time is already at a premium. We’ll cover a combination of key reports in Events and Residential – from those useful for planning purposes to others that can be utilized daily, while in the throes of summer.
