The main purpose of the event is to bring their unique venues members together for networking opportunities and to share ideas. The gathering will also include multiple speaker sessions on subjects ranging from building a brand through story and strategy to generating future revenue by nurturing leads. The gathering will be held at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), a Unique Venues member and new Kinetic Software customer.

For member registration, Unique Venues is using Kinetic’s KxRegistration product to facilitate online registration. Kinetic has enjoyed a long, comfortable relationship with Unique Venues, so it was a logical choice for us to help Unique Venues enhance their event with a seamless process for guest registration. When asked about using KxRegistration (link) for the gathering, Tony McGuirt from Unique Venues stated, “Once set-up was complete the registration has been hands-free for us. I receive an email when a member registers and it gives me all the information I need.” That information includes whether the member is registering for one, complimentary package allotted to each venue or is a paid visitor; complete booking details about the registrant; and ancillary information such as the name they would like printed on their badge, or special dietary requirements the registrant may have.

Additionally, there is an easy online interface for Unique Venues registrants to book their guest accommodations through Kinetic’s KxB&B option for KxResidential.
