North American Support Team Expands
Managing 28 venues throughout Canada and the United States with more on the way, Kinetic Software is adding personnel to efficiently handle day-to-day client support. Mark Williams, Kinetic’s Business Development Manager, said, “The plan is to maximize our resources company- wide by strategically working with the UK office to augment client services.” The first rotation will involve a member of the UK support team. They will assist the Support and IT Manager, Tom Leslie, to process and respond to client issues. One of the goals with implementing a rotation is to improve response times. With the summer conference season coming up the call volume for support increases. Williams said, “We want to ensure we maintain the highest level of service for our clients.”
Kinetic is also working with the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown’s internship program. In March Lisa Olshefski joined the team as an intern. She is majoring in Marketing and Management and expects to graduate from UPJ in May 2011. While working on a part-time basis, Lisa will have a number of responsibilities including handling general client inquires, assisting with social networking campaigns, and developing new marketing initiatives.
