Support Analyst
Kinetic Software is a dynamic, growing organization with operations in multiple countries around the world. The support analyst will be an integral member of our North American team and is responsible for providing exemplary service to Kinetic Software customers by resolving customer inquiries relative to Kinetic Software’s core products and services. The analyst will address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure resolution. In addition, the analyst is responsible for ensuring their interaction with the customer upholds Kinetic Software’s standards of customer service and will endeavor to make every customer interaction successful.
Training and Implementation Manager
The Training & Implementation Manager’s primary role is to coordinate software implementation projects and provide on-site user training on hospitality management software applications for colleges, universities, retreat centers and museums in North America. Conducts business analyses and designs training plans to match business practices. Create high level project plans and keep projects on task to meet deadlines. Develops ongoing training topics and deliver web-based training workshops. Provides consultation and industry knowledge to existing clients to improve efficiencies as well as to prospective clients to secure future business. Test new software applications for North American base and participate in Quality Assurance activities. Works within the North American team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Additional focus will be placed on maintaining and further developing relationships with current customers.
Sales and Marketing Associate
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will work closely with the sales team, building strong messages and tools to enable the staff (especially sales and account managers) to maximize sales opportunities. This position will also be responsible for active prospecting and lead generation of new potential clients in the US and Canada. The software applications provided by Kinetic Software are often complex and as such the role requires the ability to translate functionality into benefits and to be able to develop clear, strong messages for prospects and clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a creative flair, good copy skills and a desire to find the best routes to market within the budgeting constraints. The role is primarily office based, but may involve travel to exhibitions a few times a year.
